Leadership: Rob Anderson, Managing Member
Who is Rob Anderson?
Rob loves progressive bluegrass live music, and speaking of love, his GF Autumn (oh, now fiancé) of 3 years and Rob are getting married this summer. Rob is a casual bicycler, occasional kayaker, and very occasional SCUBA diver. When he's not enjoying the outdoors, Rob provides industrial hygiene support to a local hospital.
Professionally, Mr. Anderson holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), 1989 from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in Industrial Hygiene. His occupational health and safety career has spanned over 30 years with experience in city, county, state and federal agencies, high tech manufacturing, organized labor, higher education and currently in healthcare delivery systems. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Mr. Anderson has presented nationally on several occupational health topics.
The ProTech Story:
In 2000, during his tenure with private industry, Mr. Anderson worked with a brilliant computer analyst (PQSW) to successfully launch a data base driven health and safety training logistics program. Since that time the two stayed in touch. Mr. Anderson has again joined forces with PQSW to bring you ProTech Training and Consulting, LLC. We worked to understand what changes could be made in the way
e-Learning was currently delivered that would add value to our product and make a big difference to both training organizations and their students. Once understood, we built these differences into our products and delivery systems. ProTech is fully EPA and the WA Department of Commerce accredited to deliver eLearning for the following courses:
- EPA RRP Renovator Refresher Online ONLY
- EPA RRP Renovator Initial with Hands-on Component (through our training partners)
Web based RRP e-Learning is our only business. The student benefits because of the professional quality of the product delivered. Appendices and resource pages have been added to the course materials that the student is encouraged to download or send to themselves via email. Students may leave and re-enter their e-Learning class "seat" as often as they wish until completed. Also, the e-Learning class can be viewed on a PC, Mac or Smart phone thus maximizing student flexibility in accessing the class.
